I am proud that I have been involved in the growth of lacrosse in my home state of Indiana since 2003. Considering that background, my 10+ years of college coaching experience (seven as a head coach), my experience of lacrosse sporting goods at Empire Lacrosse, my training as a USL Level 3 coach and certified official, as well as my playing experience in start-up programs, I am living my call to grow the sport at a grassroots level.

In 2021, I was named Head Coach of Uganda’s Women Senior National Team. I was luck enough to bring on several extraordinary men and women to help coach that team. Those same extraordinary men and women are helping grow this entity and provide the proper training and consulting to those who need it.

We all have a new sense of passion for growing the game at the grassroots level. We are available to help those who in underserved areas create, grow, and sustain lacrosse programs in a way that suits their culture.
